Funky Fluid: bier kopen in Leeuwarden

Funky Fluid is een craftbrouwerij uit Polen, opgericht in 2018. Al snel na de start werd de brouwerij door RateBeer uitgeroepen tot een van de beste nieuwe brouwerijen ter wereld. Inmiddels hoort Funky Fluid bij de grootste craftbrouwerijen van Polen, met als motto: brew with fun and without limits.

Waar Funky Fluid om bekend staat

Funky Fluid is vooral beroemd om de Gelato-reeks: dikke, fruitige smoothie sours die smaken naar Italiaans ijs. Daarnaast brouwen ze sappige hazy IPA’s en zware imperial stouts, zoals de Royal Cookie-stouts en de jaarlijkse Barrel Aged Day-releases, die op vaten rijpen. Funky Fluid werkt ook veel samen met andere topbrouwerijen, waaronder Omnipollo.
